Arriving at King Abdulaziz International Airport
KAIA handles Umrah arrivals through more than one building. Terminal 1 takes most international carriers, the older North Terminal still handles a share of foreign airlines, and the Hajj and Umrah Complex is used for dedicated pilgrim charters during peak season. Airlines move between them, so the terminal printed on an old booking is not always the terminal you land at — always check the terminal shown on your own boarding pass or the airport's live arrivals information on the day.
Because of that, we ask for your flight number rather than a terminal name. Your driver tracks the flight, and if it lands early or three hours late the pickup simply moves with it. There is no re-booking and no extra charge for a delayed flight.
